I've just finished playing it. it's hilarious that no matter which part of England the level is set, all the allied soldiers have Cockney accents.

Stone the crows is an expression of surprise, mostly used by people from the East End of London (cockneys).

ehehehe.
This is what the game producers would actually do, if monsters would cover the city with human corpses.
I especially like the face of the soldier in the last picture. He seems so confused and sad.
